Draft, beta stage. This is a plain-language placeholder written for an early beta, not a finished legal document. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer. We'll replace it with proper terms before ZMediaAR leaves beta.

The beta

ZMediaAR is free to use during this beta period. It's actively being built, which means features can change, break, or be removed without much notice, and we may need to pause or reset the service while we work on it.

Your content

You keep ownership of the images and videos you upload. By publishing an experience, you're telling us you have the right to use that image and video, and you're giving us permission to store and display them so the experience works for anyone who scans it.

Acceptable use

Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is intended to harass, deceive, or harm others. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this, without notice, especially during the beta while we're still building moderation tools.

No uptime guarantee

Because this is a beta, we don't promise the service will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of important marker images and videos.

Limitation of liability

ZMediaAR is provided "as is" during the beta, with no warranties. We're not liable for losses arising from your use of the service, to the extent allowed by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use ZMediaAR after a change means you accept the updated terms.
